A courier suffers personal injury when another vehicle driving on the wrong side of the road collides head on with their vehicle.
Accident Circumstances: Our client was driving her courier vehicle along Within Lane in Hopton when the defendant drove around the corner on the wrong side of the road and collided head on with our client’s vehicle. As a result of the road traffic accident our client suffered a personal in jury.
