Cyclist in Southampton receives payout from the Motor Insurers Bureau for hit an run

Mr D was cycling across a junction within an allocated cycle lane when a car turned left without indicating and struck Mr D causing him to fall from his bike into the road.

As a result of the fall Mr D suffered a severe haematoma to his abdomen.

The car driver failed to stop and Mr D had to pursue his case through the untraced driver scheme run by the Motor Insurers Bureau.

Hayward Baker Solicitors fought his case for him and managed to obtain £3975.00 in compensation for Mr D.
