Four figure sum offered to a car passenger injured in a road traffic accident
A man injured in a road traffic collision whilst travelling as a passenger in his brothers car is awarded compensation for injuries he received as a result of the accident
Accident Circumstances: Our client was a passenger in his brothers car on the M25 motorway near junction 4. His brothers vehicle had just stopped behind a line of stationary traffic when another vehicle who failed to stop collided with the rear of his vehicle. As a result of the collision our client suffered personal injury.
Client’s Injuries: Soft tissue injury to his lower back, middle back and neck.
