Injured passenger in road traffic accident is awarded a four figure sum in damages
A man travelling as a passenger in a motor vehicle is awarded damages after the vehicle in which he was travelling was in a road traffic accident.
Accident Circumstances:Our client was a passenger in his friends car travelling through Norwich. When traversing a roundabout the driver lost control of the vehicle and collided with another vehicle. As a result of the accident our client sustained personal injury.
Our Client’s Injuries: Banged head on window., pain both sides of his neck and between shoulder blades,. Headaches and flashbacks.
