How Hayward Baker Solicitors helped

Liability was not in question in this case  as our client was a passenger in a vehicle involved in an accident so therefore could not be held to account. We did seek medical evidence by instructing a General Practitioner an Orthopaedic Consultant and a Neurologist  to examine our client so we could prove our client’s injuries and get a prognosis for treatment and recovery periods. It was these medical reports formulated by the medical  experts that we used to value our client’s claim for damages.

We also drafted a schedule of special damages (out of pocket expenses) to make a claim for the following:

  • Travelling expenses to and from medical appointments
  • Medical Treatment

Our client received and overall  payment of  £7,700.00  for damages and special damages
