A lorry driver who was struck by a vehicle s wing mirror receives compensation sum of four figures for his injuries.
Accident Circumstances: Our client was assisting a friend who had broken down on a slip road coming off the A2 in Bowaters. As he was walking back to his vehicle to collect a tow rope he was struck by the defendants car inside wing mirror. As a result our client suffered a personal injury.
