Our client suffered nasty and very painful injuries when he was knocked off his bicycle when cycling along Croft Road towards Godalming in Surrey. Our client had right of way and was crossing a junction when the Defendant turned right across his path causing a collision. As a result of being knocked from his bike, our client sustained bruising and swelling to his forehead, right knee and toes, a fracture to a toe, a black eye and multiple other soft tissue injuries causing pain and stiffness. Liability was quickly accepted by the Defendant’s insurers on the basis the driver had failed to keep any proper lookout and pulled across when it was unsafe to do hitting our client and damages for personal injuries and financial losses in the sum of £14,285.00 was agreed.
