Pedestrian was struck by car in store car park – case settles for £2600.00

Mr B was a pedestrian involved in a road traffic accident. A driver had parked his car and had not set the handbrake correctly. The car rolled towards Mr B as he was walking back to his own car after a shopping trip. Mr B tried in vain to move out of the way after catching site of the moving vehicle in the corner of his eye, being registered disabled Mr B could not move quick enough and was struck by the car which pushed him into some railings.

Mr B was happy with the outcome and was glad he waited patiently to settle as his injuries took some time to heal.
