When our client was knocked of his motorcycle in a road traffic accident he suffered a fractured elbow, lacerated knees and soft tissue injuries to his hands, he was reassured to find the accident was recorded by the CCTV camera at a neighbouring pub. The driver of the car causing the accident failed to stop and unfortunately, the CCTV did not show the number plate on the car. However, the CCTV clearly showed what happened and this allowed our experienced personal injury team to submit a claim on our client’s behalf to the Motor Insurers Bureau under their Untraced Driver Agreement. The Bureau accepted the claim and compensation for pain, suffering and financial losses of £6000 was agreed.
