Two scaffolders have received prison sentences after a worker fell seven metres to his death. An investigation by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) found Colin Marshall Scaffolding was not qualified to erect the scaffolding, and there was no evidence that any personal protective equipment (PPE) had been used.
