A woman who sustained a whiplash injury on holiday has contacted accident lawyers and made a compensation claim.
Deborah Ward, 48, of Kettering, was aboard a catamaran in Greece when it collided as it attempted to dock at a port in Kos, the Northamptonshire Evening Telegraph reports.
While she sustained a whiplash injury, some of the other 200 people on board suffered more serious ailments such as broken bones.
"I've been suffering from symptoms of whiplash ever since the crash, particularly severe neck pain which makes it very painful to move. I also feel really on edge all the time," Ms Ward told the newspaper.
She went on to say that she has been having sleeping problems and nightmares about the incident, which took place back in September.
Last month, the South Wales Echo reported that a family from Wales had launched a compensation claim after their trip to Egypt turned into the holiday from hell when they contracted food poisoning.
