Since graduating in Law in 2000, Gary Lee has had a successful career in personal injury legal practice. Gary initially worked in Southampton where he was involved with the defence of clinical negligence and personal injury claims on behalf of the NHS, before joining Hayward Baker Solicitors in 2005 where he now acts for those claiming compensation after suffering an injury because of the negligence of another.

Gary acts for drivers, pedestrians and cyclists in the pursuit of damages, treatment and redress following road traffic accidents. Gary also has a considerable caseload involving those who have been injured at work. Such cases involve a range of causes with the most common being from the use of unsuitable or defective work equipment, falls from height, slips and trips from spillages or obstructions placed or left on workplace floors, construction site accidents and injuries arising from employees undertaking manual handling. Gary acts for those sustaining injury in public places including those injured as a result of slips and trips on defective public roads and paths, and those injured when visiting public places such as shops and supermarkets.

Gary is a Member of the Institute of Legal Executives and a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).
